Here are some ideas to help bring balance to your life.
1) Begin a morning practice such as journaling a can-do list for the day, meditating, or doing physical exercise.
2) Break up your routine such as taking a walk, connecting with a friend on the phone, or getting yourself a treat.
3) Have a sleep routine such as turning off electronics, winding down with your favorite music, or writing down a list of things you're grateful for.
